ACCOMMODATION TYPE PRICE

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Payment is made in dinars at the official average exchange rate on the billing day or the day of sending the pro forma invoice.
Payment is made in cash, by card, or through an account.
There is a 50 % mandatory advance payment as a booking confirmation. In case that the advance is not paid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

Bed and breakfast / half board
Use of Wellness & Spa (time scheduled for use of the Wellness&Spa center for children up to 12 years old is from 09:00 - 12:00 and from 16:00 - 20:00)
Free use of the children’s playroom
Use of the Fitness Center
Provided parking (in case of high hotel occupancy, the hotel reserves the right not to provide parking).

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Tourist tax in the amount of 160 RSD per person per day
Insurance in the amount of 30 RSD per person per day

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

A la carte restaurant / 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Wellness & Spa center / working days & weekends 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. (time scheduled for use of the Wellness&Spa center for children up to 12 years old is from 09:00 - 12:00 and from 16:00 - 20:00)
Facial massages and treatments within the Wellness & Spa center / 10 p.m.- 9 p.m.
Hairdresser / 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Playroom for children / 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Fitness center / 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Lobby Bar / 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Terrace Bar / 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Check-in from 2 p.m.
Check-out until 10 a.m.
‘Late check-out’ is charged 1,200 RSD per room for each hour after the official check-out
Daily stay is 6,000 RSD with Wellness & Spa 8.200 RSD

RESERVATION CANCELLATION TERMS:

In case of non-arrival or cancellation of the reservation on the day of using the services, the advance payment is not refunded. The user may cancel the use of the arrangement. The date of written cancellation is the basis for calculating the compensation costs due to the organizer, expressed as a percentage of the cancellation scale in relation to the total price of the contracted arrangements: - 10% if the use of the arrangement is cancelled 30 days before the start, - 20% if the use of the arrangement is cancelled 29 to 15 days before the start, - 50% if the use of the arrangement is cancelled 14 to 8 days before the start, - 85% if the use of the arrangement is cancelled 7 to 1 days before the start, - 100% if the use of the arrangement is cancelled on the day or after the beginning of the use of services. The cancellation costs described above will not be charged in the following circumstances: - in case of death of a close family member (parent, spouse, children), - in the case of a disease whose nature is such that it can be taken as a justifiable reason (with the obligatory submission of a medical report). In case of shortening the stay by individual guests, Hotel Fontana reserves the right to charge 15% of the value of the unrealized part of the arrangement. Compensation for shortening the stay is not charged in the following cases: sudden illness of a guest, death of a close family member, natural disasters, state of emergency.
